Choose Your Level
Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi there is a routine that will challenge and expand your skills. From the main menu select the level you feel most comfortable with, Beginner or Advanced, and feel the exhilarating benefits of a regular yoga practice.
Choose Your Audio Set Up
Decide whether you would like to listen to the instructor's voice or not by choosing Voice On or Off. Then decide which background music fits your mood best: Classical, Guitar, Waves, or No Music.
